Jam for cheeses

- 1 kg Red onions from Tropea
- 4 bay leaves
- 2 dl wine
- 500 gr sugar
Steps:
- It's easy :Cut the onions, add all ingredients and let marinate for 3 to 4 hours, then cook it for 30 minutes.
- Put the jam into the jars (without the bay leaves) and flip the jars until they are cold. That's all!
