Crostini with liver
Total preparation time: 35 minIngredients:
- 350 gr Chicken livers
- 1/2 Onion
- 1 tablespoon capers
- 3 anchovy fillets
- 1 cup Broth
- Bread
- Extravirgin oil
- Butter
- salt and pepper
- salvia
Steps:
- Fry the onion in four tablespoons of oil
Just bleached add chicken livers, capers, anchovies and sage.
During cooking Slowly add the broth to keep everything smooth.
- After half an hour of cooking remove from heat and chop it all until you get a creamy batter rather
Put briefly on fire, add a knob of butter and salt and pepper.
