Crostini with liver

Total preparation time:  35 min

Ingredients:

  • 350 gr Chicken livers
  • 1/2 Onion
  • 1 tablespoon capers
  • 3 anchovy fillets
  • 1 cup Broth
  • Bread
  • Extravirgin oil
  • Butter
  • salt and pepper
  • salvia

Steps:

  1. Fry the onion in four tablespoons of oil Just bleached add chicken livers, capers, anchovies and sage. During cooking Slowly add the broth to keep everything smooth.

This is the B&B Podere Pietranera. The B&B is at the first floor.n front of the swimming pool in an old stone building which has built a kitchen, a sauna and a shower toilet.
Tulipano Room. The room is lovely furnished. There is the bathroom with shower, the terrace with zone relax.
