General InformationJeanette and John invite you to share their beautiful Kelowna home located in the heart of BC’s wine country within walking distance of Mission Hill Winery in the Okanagan Valley. If you enjoy a lake view and gardens, you’ll love this Kelowna Bed and Breakfast. Wake up to the sound of local song birds after a good night’s rest on comfortable beds before enjoying your 3 course full country-style breakfast. If you're here for a 14 day stay, Jeanette will try to make you something unique each day. We know that the whole package is important. ie: An immaculately clean facility with a comfortable bed, a great breakfast, a beautiful view with garden etc. and an ambiance that would want to make our guest return for another visit.
Policies- Minimum stay required (2 nights during the high season and 3 nights on holiday weekends)
- Smoking is allowed outside only (In designated area along the garden path)
- We cannot accommodate guest pets
- Limitations on children staying
- No childcare is provided
- Consumption of alcohol is permitted
- Deposit amount required (We require a credit card number to hold your reservation.)
- Check in time is 4:00pm and Check out time is 11:00am
- Cancellations:
* ACCOMMODATION CONFIRMATION: a credit card number is required to hold your reservation. We will email you confirmation of your reservation along with directions. Fee will not be put through until you arrive unless there is a cancellation.
* MINIMUM STAY: 2 night minimum May 15- Oct 15 and 3 days on holiday weekends May through October (unless reservation is made close to arrival date and space is available).
* CANCELLATION POLICY: We require a minimum of 14 days notice for any changes or cancellations. Cancellations within 14 days of arrival will be charged one full night's rate and after 7 days the full booking will be charged unless we can re-book the suite. All cancellations will be charged $25.00 administration fee which will be applied to your credit card.
* CHECK IN: Between 4:00 PM and 6:00 PM. We are happy to accommodate earlier or later arrivals if arrangements are made in advance. CHECK OUT: 11:00 am.
* CHILDREN: Please inquire, but all suites can only accommodate a maximum of 2 persons each .
* SMOKING: Outdoors in designated areas only please.
* PETS: We regret we cannot accommodate pets due to allergies of our other guests
* SPECIAL DIETARY NEEDS: Please let us know in advance if you have any special dietary needs or concerns and we will make every effort to accommodate you.

Location- Location is best described as: 10 minutes from downtown Kelowna, Lakeview, Countryside, Suburban, Wine country
- Nearest major city: Kelowna, BC (5 miles North)
- Directions to property:
1a. Coming from the south (Vancouver, etc): Once you get into Westbank, turn right (5th traffic light) at the McDonalds on Gellatly Rd. (Apple Blossom is about 5 Km from this point) Follow Gellatly Rd. down the hill to the Lake and turn left at lake at the stop sign on Boucherie. Follow Boucherie Rd. for approximately 4 km. You will see Mission Hill Winery’s bell tower up on the hill to your left. (Your bed & breakfast is just down the hill from the winery.) Continuing on Boucherie Rd. the road will begin to go up the hill. Turn left on Mission Hill Rd between the two vineyards. See step 2 below.
1b. Coming from the north (Kelowna etc.): Cross Okanagan Lake bridge and turn left at the 2nd set of lights which is Boucherie Rd. Follow this road for approximately 5 km. Once you pass Quail’s Gate Winery, the next intersection is Mission Hill Rd. Turn right on Mission Hill Rd going up the hill towards Mission Hill Winery. See Step 2 below.
2. Once on Mission Hill Rd: Follow Mission Hill Road for a short distance and turn left at the first intersection which is Apple Way Blvd. Apple Blossom Bed & Breakfast is on the right hand side of the street and is the 3rd house from the end. There is a sign in front of our home at 3582 Apple Way Blvd.
3. Directions for parking: Because we are on a hillside it is difficult to carry your luggage up the hill so we advise our guests to come around to the back and park your vehicle at the back lane. To get to the back Lane – Go back one block on Apple Way Blvd to Golden View and turn left. Go up the hill and count 5 houses on the left – you will see a paved road with a sign to our lane way (it looks like someone’s driveway – but it is not). Go down this lane to the 3rd house from the end (3582) and park at the top. You will see an apple sign under the tree, please park just before our driveway above our roses next to the boxwood hedge. - Nearest major airport: YLW 20 miles
- Directions from airport:
Kelowna airport is about 10 minutes north of the city of Kelowna and is right on highway 97 leading to Kelowna. Once in Kelowna stay on the highway 97 (Harvey Rd.), follow it across the bridge that crosses the lake and see directions to property.
