General Information

An 1820's National Historical Register Site featuring 8 rooms with private bath, lovely gardens and patio, 2 dining rooms and pub, all with fireplaces. WiFi is available for all guests. Centrally located between York, Harrisburg and Lancaster PA on the banks of the Susquehanna River. Wineries, outlet and antique shopping, hiking, fishing, Hershey Park, Harley Davidson factory and museum, Strasburg, and plenty of things to do all within a short drive. In summer, enjoy a full breakfast on the patio or in winter, a full breakfast in the original kitchen by the walk in fireplace. Sure to warm your soul. A great place for train enthusiasts.

  • Check in time is 2:00 PM and Check out time is 11:00 AM
  • Cancellations:
    Cancellations must be received one week prior to check in date for a full refund less a $20 cancellation fee. In the case of cancellations received less than one week before the reserved check-in date, we will refund 90% of your deposit if the room can be rebooked with no loss to The Railroad House Inn. This policy also applies to partial cancellations due to late arrival or early departure.
