A Tuscan-themed B&B located downtown in one of the oldest homes (Burns House, circa 1818) in Niagara-on-the-Lake, Ontario, first capital of Upper Canada. Enjoy the finest handmade Tuscany linen, bath amenities from Chianti, eat a four-course Italian breakfast in original Faenza crockery in a cafe style dining guest lounge or outdoor patio, enjoy fresh squeezed fruit juices and family made Italian meats, especially prosciutto. Our rooms are bright like the Tuscan sun, rich in textile, with full ensuite bathrooms, two rooms w/private balcony and horse carriage view, coffee maker, LCD TV, Wi-Fi, guest lounge, woodland garden.

    For 1 night bookings: If we can rebook, half of the deposit is refunded. If we can’t rebook, the deposit is not refunded. For 2+ night bookings: If we can rebook, half of the deposit is refunded. If we can't rebook, we will charge you for only one night. So PLEASE cancel early enough to give us a chance to rebook.
