General Information

A well-appointed bed and breakfast located just south of Main Street. Built in 2006. All rooms have queen beds and private baths, and wireless web access. Breakfast on the porch in the summer and in our dinning room all year. We have central a/c to keep things comfortable. In the winter sit by our hearth and relax in the warmth. In the summer enjoy the shade on our expansive screened-in porch. For a day a weekend or a week. One room or the whole house.

  All of our rooms have queens size beds. We pride ourselves on the crisp and clean feeling of each of our rooms. Some have built-in desks, dressers and armoires. You'll finds a side table with a lamp on each side of the bed, a standing lamp in the corner and a recessed light above the desk. All of our bathrooms have a back-lit close up mirror a hairdryer and a fine selection of soaps, creams and shampoo. All rooms have central A/C. An area rug and a wall hanging add to the coziness of each room along with unique artwork and decorations. Please see the pictures in our listing.

• Cancellations:
  Notice of cancellation must be made in writing and received by us no later than 14 days prior to check-in time in order to receive a full refund, less a $100 administrative fee. In the case of a cancellation notification less than 14 days prior to check-in, or failure to utilize this confirmed reservation, we retain all funds received, as liquidated damages unless the confirmed room is re-booked at the same rate for the same time period. If the latter occurs, we retain only the $100.00 administrative fee. If a new booking is achieved for only a portion of the time, we retain the difference in booking income plus the $100 administrative fee. An exchange for alternate booking dates may be made subject to availability and a $100 administrative fee. As rates vary widely between seasons, the booking rate for the new period may be the same or more than that of the previously booked period. In no case, however, will the rate be less than the previously agreed to terms.
