The Cottages at Cabot Cove, a magical enclave of 15 new and unique cottages in Kennebunkport, Maine, nestled in an idyllic tidal cove-side setting.

• Deposit amount required (Full payment is due at the time of booking for stays of one or two nights. For longer stays, the deposit will be two nights, or half of the total reservation, whichever is greater.)

• Check in time is 3:00pm and Check out time is 11:00am
• Cancellations:
  Because of our size, cancellations affect us significantly. For any cancellation or change of dates, we must receive 21 days* notice prior to your confirmed arrival for a refund of your deposit, less a $25 service charge. If any full or partial cancellation or change of dates is made within 21 days*, regardless of the reason, you are financially responsible for the entire reservation, unless we can re-book your cottage. However, you are always welcome to send a friend or family member in your place. * For weekly stays, a 45-day cancellation period applies.

You are still on Route 35, now Summer Street. Follow Summer Street until you reach the traffic light at Route 9. Turn left, cross the Kennebunk River and enter “Dock Square.” Proceed through town to the stop sign at the top of Spring Street and turn right on Maine Street (Rt. 9). Go straight ahead .6 mile on Maine Street, which becomes South Maine Street The Cottages at Cabot Cove are on the right. 7 South Maine St., Kennebunkport
