White Chocolate and Fresh Cranberry Scones: Appetizer-Snack

Servings: 8

Prep time:20-25 minu

Ingredients:

  • 3 cups White Flour

  • 1/2 cup White Sugar

  • 6 teaspoon Baking Powder

  • 1 teaspoon Salt

  • 1 large egg

  • 1 cup Milk

  • 1 cup fresh cranberries

  • 1 cup white Chocolate chunks/chips

Step 1:

Mix all dry ingrediants in first group

Step 2:

Cut in Butter, then add cranberries and white chocolate

Step 3:

Add milk and beaten egg

Step 4:

Mix until combined, DO NOT overmix! Divide dough in to, pat ½ into a ¾” thick circle and cut into 6 wedges. Do same with second half.

Step 5:

Bake at 375 until golden brown (about 20-25 minutes)
