    At the Gateway between Vancouver and Victoria, River Run Cottages B&B is the ideal destination to explore two of BC's most beautiful cities. Centrally located, we are within 20 minutes of Vancouver International Airport, a little over 1/2 hour from downtown Vancouver and only 10 minutes from the BC Ferries Tsawwassen terminal. Set in the historic fishing and farming village of Ladner, our four unique riverside B&B cottages; one floating and 3 waterfront cottages all with private decks overlooking the river and coastal mountains.     The Waterlily is a luxurious two-level floating cottage, perfectly designed for two. It features a cosy loft bed upstairs, exquisitely crafted woodwork throughout, and the relaxing rhythm of the river delta day and night. Reminds one of an old English sailing ship.     The Netloft, once used by fishermen to dry their nets, has been transformed into a charming cottage with French doors opening into an airy room of saltillo-tiled floors. A staircase spirals upstairs to a built-in queen sized captain's bed. On the deck, there's a quaint two-person Japanese-style soaking tub ideal for bubble baths under the stars. A wall mounted Murphy style bed in the sitting room comfortably welcomes your extra guests

    The Northwest Room features a luxurious bath with two waterfall showerheads, made of river rocks, glass and slate. ( wheelchair accessible.) French doors lead to a private deck on the river. Separate bedroom with old-fashioned log four-poster bed. There is also the added feature of a single Murphy style bed for one additional guest.

    The Keepers Quarters is a cheerful single-level unit with a double Jacuzzi tub, and a queen size feather bed snuggle right beside the wood-burning fireplace. There is a small BBQ on your own large private deck which reaches out over the water.

    The River Roost is a self-contained second floor suite with a detached bathroom. It features a double bed, lots of closet space along with a microwave, fridge, coffee pot and tea kettle. There is access to a large BBQ and side burner for meal preparation. It is available for longer stays of 5 days or more

    Reservation Policy

    • Check in: 4 p.m.    Check out: 12 noon

    • Minimum stay: Only during major Holiday weekends(i.e. Chrismas, New Years Eve etc)

    • Deposit amount required: We do not normally require a deposit, your credit card number will hold your reservation and the full amount of your stay will be processed approx. 7 to 10 days prior to your arrival.

    • Cancellations: You may cancel your booking up to 21 days prior to your stay with us. Since we are a small Bed and Breakfast, cancellations affect us significantly. If a cancellation is necessary prior to your arrival, we will make every attempt to rebook your room for you. If, however, your cottage is not rebooked you will be charged for whatever nights you had originally booked. We are very busy during the holidays and end up turning away a number of guests. We do maintain a cancellation wait list and to rebook is normally not an issue. We also take future reservations and currently have bookings well into next year. We do not take a deposit but ask for a Visa or MasterCard number to hold your reservation. We normally process the room charges 7 - 10 days prior to your visit unless other payment arrangements have been requested. If you have a special date in mind or a specific cottage that you want, we encourage you to reserve as soon as you are comfortable. Please let us know if we can help you with a reservation or in finding suitable options for you to consider.

    Spent a night in the Waterlily cottage - it was absolutely perfect, breakfast the next morning was amazing - we had a great time.

    The space was extremely comfy, and you can easily spend all day in bed here. Service and food were excellent and the hosts were very considerate. I will definitely be coming back again!

    Everything about River Run cottages was exemplary. I have stayed at many B&Bs throughout the world and this is at the top of my list. The staff was outstanding and added to the idyllic setting. Accommodations were exactly as advertised and attention to detail phenomenal. Thanks for two days of heaven. We WILL be back.
