General Information

A circa 1930's-style french mansion house located on three acres in historic Port Tobacco. Rosewood Manor is the Bed and Breakfast of Choice in Charles County Maryland for the discerning traveler. A 45 minute drive from all the major attractions in Washington, D.C., 20 minute drive to National Harbor, 15 minute to Waldorf, Maryland, home of Regency Stadium (Blue Crabs), and 10 minutes to the College of Southern Maryland. Enjoy the quiet beauty of this country estate and still be minutes from major shopping malls, small shops, eateries, fine restaurants, and Charles County History. We strive to make your stay comfortable and memorable. All rooms are spacious, luxurious with private baths. Our Corporate Suite is self-contained with large bedroom, bath, kitchen, living room, dining room, and separate entry. Three elegant multipurpose rooms are available and can accommodate up to 100 quests.

Half refund during peak time(warm months and major holidays), (less 20% process fee if booking is cancelled 15 days prior to scheduled stay). Reservation/booking fees are forfeited if we are unable to rebook the space.
