• Minimum stay required (Three nights minimum. Shorter stays based on last minute availability)
• Smoking is not allowed (Smoke detectors in rooms. No fried meals.)
• We cannot accommodate guest pets
• Accommodations are not suitable for children (We are not able to accommodate kids)
• No childcare is provided
• Consumption of alcohol is permitted
• Deposit amount required (50% Reservation Deposit. Balance paid on arrival. One time $50 Cleaning fee. Security Deposit, returned at check out, deducting any damages: $200 (Studios) & $300 (Suite))
• Closed: We may store your luggage
• Check in time is 3 pm and Check out time is 11 am
• Cancellations:
  In the event of cancellations made 30 days or more to arrival date, a refund of the Reservation Deposit will be issued, only if the apartment is re-booked for the same original period. In this case, a $70 Cancellation Fee will apply. Any unbooked nights will be also deducted from the amount to be refunded. In case of cancellations made less than 30 days to arrival date, no refunds will be issued. Changes in the period of stay will be considered as cancellations. In the event of early departure, no refunds will be given. No refunds, adjustments or changes in reservation, will be made after arrival
