Duck "alla Mugellana"

- Chop the onion, celery, carrots, and some sage and fry.
- Cut the duck into small pieces, add to vegetables and cook for about ten minutes
- Add half glass of red wine and when it evaporates add the tomatoes cut in small pieces, salt and pepper. Pour two glasses of water and let it cook for about 45 minutes.
