General Information

In 2000, the guest rooms and common area were added to the home our family has owned since the 1940s. Superior craftsmanship and architectural style add visual interest to both the interior and exterior. The windows in front of the home frame the views of the ocean and mountains while the rear of the home is surrounded by big trees, and shrubs creating a private, park-like atmosphere. All rooms are equipped with many amenities, including private bathrooms, private entries, refrigerators stuffed with breakfast foods and goodies. Located close to downtown, Eagle Heights is highly recommended in Frommer's travel magazines.

  • Cancellations:
    A change of a reservation that reduces the number of days or number of rooms originally reserved is considered a cancellation. A refund will be issued minus a $45 or 3% service charge (whichever is higher) for cancellations made before the cancellation deadline. Cancellation deadlines vary depending on length of stay. Please notify us immediately if you have to cancel. After the cancellation deadline NO REFUNDS are given unless we can rebook the canceled days. Reservations for stays of 1 to 20 days require a 30 day notice of cancellation. Reservations for stays of 21 days or more require a 60 day notice of cancellation. We highly recommend that you purchase Travel Guard Insurance. Coverage includes; trip cancellation & interruption benefits, medical & medical evacuation benefits, baggage delay, and 24-hr emergency travel assistance.
