Shellmont Inn Blueberry Bread: Appetizer-Snack

Prep time:15 minutes

Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 cup Sugar

  • 3 cup flour

  • 1 1/2 teaspoon baking soda

  • 1 1/4 tablespoons Cinnamon

  • 1 teaspoon salt

  • 2 packages-10 oz Blueberries

  • 1 1/4 cup Oil

  • 4 beaten eggs

Step 1:

Preheat oven to 350. Grease and flour or spray 2 (4 x 8) loaf pans. Mix Sugar, flour, baking soda, cinnamon and salt together.

Step 2:

Add eggs (beaten) and oil to dry mixture. Mix by hand. Gently fold in blueberries. Pour into greased pans. Bake for one hour. ENJOY!
