Policies

• Minimum stay required (3 night on week-ends in summer, 2 night on week-ends in winter)
• Smoking is allowed outside only (front verandah, however not during breakfast)
• We cannot accommodate guest pets
• Children are welcome ($50.00 per additional person in room)
• Childcare is provided (Our chambermaids provide this service upon request)
• Consumption of alcohol is permitted (soft drinks/bottled water available on honor system)
• Deposit amount required (50% or full amount for a one night stay.)
• Check in time is 2-9pm and Check out time is 11am
• Cancellations:
  A ten day notice is required in the event of shortening or cancellation of a reservation in order for a deposit to be refunded. Any cancellation received after that date will receive a refund of deposit if the reserved space can be rerented. A $50.00 service fee for all refunded deposits will be charged.
