General Information

At Mary's Resort you'll arrive to find secured gated parking and tropical gardens surrounding the heated swimming pool, Jacuzzi and an ample sundeck. Forgot your suntan lotion? No problem, we have some waiting for you.

If you choose, feel free to bring your laptop and connect to our complimentary wireless Internet.

If you prefer to venture out beyond our gates, we can coordinate your activities, suggest a bar or restaurant or help you find something. We also offer massage by one of our affiliated certified massage therapists.

• Cancellations:
  14 day advance notice required for cancellation without penalty. For cancellations made less than 7 days prior to arrival, a charge equal to 1 night's stay will apply. Deposit becomes nonrefundable for cancellations made with less than 7 days advance notice. As a courtesy, we will issue a credit in the amount of deposit. This credit can be used on a future stay. There are no refunds for early departure. A 10% cancellation fee will be deducted from all refunded deposits. If you prefer a future stay credit, the cancellation fee will be waived. HURRICANE CANCELLATION POLICY In the event that the National Hurricane Center issues a hurricane warning or watch during your reservation period, we will issue a credit in the amount of your paid deposit. You may reschedule your stay anytime within the next year, using the credit for a future stay. In the event of a mandatory evacuation in the local area of Mary's Resort, we will issue a credit for the unused portion of your stay. This credit can be used anytime within the next year. In the event of power loss, guests deciding to stay while we are out of electricity will be given a 50% discount off of the rack rate for the nights that we do not have electricity. As always, we will make every effort to make your stay with us an enjoyable experience.
