• Deposit amount required (10% of total reservation amount by credit card only (guest name on card), balance due on arrival, same credit card. International guests pay full amount as deposit, exact amount USD only.)
• Check in time is 4:00-7:00PM and Check out time is 11:00AM
• Cancellations:
  Deposit promptly refunded if cancellation occurs, by telephone contact only, fourteen days before arrival, less a $30.00 handling fee. If a late cancellation is resold, the deposit will be refunded minus the $30.00 cancellation fee. If reservation is not resold, the deposit is forfeited or a "cancellation certificate" may be requested. We are unable to give refunds for no-shows or early departures and full reservation will be charged.
