Adams Basin Inn Bed and Breakfast, in western New York's world-renowned Finger Lakes wine country, is nestled on the towpath of the historic Erie Canal, just 10 miles west of Rochester, between picturesque Spencerport and Brockport. Adams Basin Inn is a delight to lovers of antiques, exceptional food, and recreation. Set in a quaint neighborhood, the B and B is a refined blend of Erie Canal history and country elegance with modern amenities.

  • Cancellations:
    Deposits will be forfeited if a guest arrives after the confirmed arrival date or departs before the final day of reservation. When given at least 14 day notice of cancellation, we will refund the deposit less $15.00 per rom processing fee. If less than 10 day notice is given, deposit may be used toward another visit within six months, provided we can rebook the canceled reservation.
