General InformationThe Inn at Grace Farm rests between spectacular Lake Champlain and the high peaks region of the Green Mountains in Vermont’s most fertile and diverse farming region. The views from the Inn are stunning, stretching over 75 miles to the south and encompassing the Northwestern corner of Vermont. Resting on 120 acres of land, conserved by The Vermont Land Trust to preserve its rich geography and unsurpassed views, this unique treasure was opened to visitors in the fall of 2008. Convenient to Burlington and the airport, (25 minutes), Smugglers Notch (25 minutes), Lake Champlain (25 minutes), the inn is a perfect place to plan a Vacation. Whether planning a night out on the Town in Burlington, Vermont’s arts and entertainment capital or a day of boating in Lake Champlain there is plenty to see and do.

- Deposit amount required (A deposit of 50% is required for all reservations made through our website. Please keep in mind that reservations made through travel sites such as Hotels.com or Expedia.com requires full payment.)
- Check in time is 3 p.m - 6 p.m. and Check out time is 11 a.m.
- Cancellations:
We are a small inn so cancellations can have a deep financial impact on our business. Cancellations made within two weeks of the reservation will be refunded in full. Cancellation made less than two weeks in advance will result in complete forfeiture of the deposit if the room cannot be rebooked. If the room is rebooked to cover the days originally reserved within this last two weeks, then the deposit will be refunded, less a $50 rebooking fee. Thank you for your consideration to this policy. (Follow the signs to ROUTE 104A (Highbridge Rd). Take a LEFT onto Route104A and go 4 miles to The Inn at Grace Farm on the left after sharp corner.
