Carolyn's Dip

Total preparation time:  1 HR
Serves:  10

Ingredients:

  • 4 whole prepared Avocados
  • 1 package Ranch Dressing Mix
  • 1 cup Real Mayonaise
  • 1 teaspoon Lemon juice
  • 1/2 cup Real grated cheddar cheese
  • 3/4 cup Milk
  • 1 small amount Black sliced olives
  • Season to taste Picante Sauce

Steps:

  1. Pre mix Ranch Dressing and milk. Let set for a couple of hours
  2. Mix all ingredients together and chill. Serve with the chips of your choice.

The large living area invites large or small groups to lounge around and visit or just watch cable tv. As you enter the Robey House, you are greeted with an instant feeling of being home. Notice the rose petals on the floor, newly weds spent the night at the Robey House as the new Mr. & Mrs.
The large formal diningroom has plenty of room for large gatherings for fun, food, or just to play some board games for a pleasurable evening.This room comfortably seats 12 people.The Texas Room, a real feel of the old west. This room is inviting and spacious. The room has a television (with cable) and a kingsized bed. There are personal safes installed in each of the rooms, for your security needs. The Texas Room, as well as the Inspiration Room, share a hall bathroom with a Jacuzzi tub.
The Inspiration Room is just the place to relax and have some quiet time. This room is inspired with the use of comforting words and inspiring thoughts. You simply can't help but feel this instant invitation to relax and enjoy the quiet and much needed oppertunity to just put aside your worries of everyday living.The Inspiration Room and The Texas Room share a hall bathroom. The room now has a king size bed.The Captain's Cabin is on the first floor. You can almost feel the rocking of the ship as you step onto the high gloss finished mahogany floor. This room has a private bathroom decorated to match the decor in this room.
The private bathroom in the Captain's Cabin offers a bright and cheery atmosphere as you prepare for an other fun day of your time away from everyday business. VICTORIAN ROOM This room is uniquely decorated and cheerfully invites a group of up to five people. There are three beds; a queen bed, full size bed, and a twin size day bed. This room has an attached master bath with a Jacuzzi garden tub and is not shared with other guests. This is a great room for small groups that are visiting our city to shop the local merchants, browse the flea markets or when visiting for a special occasion. Since Coleman is famously known for hunting in the area, this is the perfect room for a bunch of folks getting together for hunting, fishing, or boating in one of the four local lakes available. Relax in this newly remodeled private bathroom in the Victorian Room. It has a full size Jacuzzi whirlpool for your pleasure. It's a wonderful way to end a busy day of fun in Coleman, Texas.
