General Information

The "Fitzhugh-Beers House" is offering special rates! Set on two acres and situated high on Great Hill. We are just 18 miles west of Boston. You can easily take public transportation from Logan airport to our Inn! When you get to the South Acton train station, it is just a five minute walk! There are numerous shops and restaurants within walking distance. There are two Children's Museums a few doors down and we are adjacent to the Acton Conservation Land with many walking trails. Historic Concord, Birthplace of America, is just next door! Concord, that's the town that Barack referred to, in his Inaugural speech! Stay at the Inn the night before Patriot's Day and you can get up early and walk with the Soldiers, all decked out in the replica uniforms that they wore in 1776! Fife and Drum Corps, the cannons are shot off, black powder guns etc! It is a six mile march and it sets off at Dawn!!
