Chocolate cake "Palazzo Malaspina": Dessert

Ingredients:

  • 200 Black Chocolate

  • 100 butter

  • 4 eggs

  • 100 sugar

  • vanilla sugar

Step 1:

Melt chocolate in pieces with butter in bain marie

Step 2:

Whisk the 4 egg reds with 100 g of sugar. Whisk the 4 egg whites until stiff

Step 3:

Put the chocolate melted with the whisked eggs Add to the compound the wisked egg whites

Step 4:

Put everything into a releaseble mould of 24 cm. diameter Put in the oven for 20 minutes at 180 C° degrees

Step 5:

When ready leave the cake till it is cold and add some vanilla sugar over it
