Chocolate cake "Palazzo Malaspina"

Serves: 8Ingredients:
- 200 Black Chocolate
- 100 butter
- 4 eggs
- 100 sugar
- vanilla sugar
Steps:
- Melt chocolate in pieces with butter in bain marie
- Whisk the 4 egg reds with 100 g of sugar.
Whisk the 4 egg whites until stiff
- Put the chocolate melted with the whisked eggs
Add to the compound the wisked egg whites
- Put everything into a releaseble mould of 24 cm. diameter
Put in the oven for 20 minutes at 180 C° degrees
- When ready leave the cake till it is cold and add some vanilla sugar over it
