Country Lemon-Pepper Chicken & Rice

Serves: 6Ingredients:
- 1 whole or cut up fryer
- pkg Knor instant rice side/chicken flavor
- 2cups water
- 1 cup baby carrotts
- juice of 2 lemons
- 1 T parsley
- Lemon Pepper seasoning/generous amount
Steps:
- This is a crock-pot dish.
- Season chicken with lemon pepper and parsley and salt and pepper to taste. Empty rice pkg in bottom of pot. Add carrots and water. Place chicken on top. Add lemon juice all over chicken.
- Cook on high for 3 hrs., then on low for 2 or three, depending on how much chicken you are using. Delicious with hot homemade bread and a salad. ENJOY!
