This is a fully furnished, newly redecorated 4 bedroom/2 bathroom apartment located on the corner of 10th Avenue and West 50th Street. The majority of our clients book as short-term apartment rental or unhosted/self-catered stays for 1 party of 4-12 people. However, we also offer bed and breakfast service with continental breakfast, as long as you book within less than a month's notice of visit.

This building is located in the area which is known as Midtown West, specifically close to the Theater District which includes Time Square. Close to on-off Broadway theaters, this area is the home to aspiring actors whom of many of, like James Dean, Sylvester Stallone, Jerry Seinfeld, Alicia Keys and Madonna became famous as actors and entertainers. Feel the atmosphere of fame and enjoy a visit at the Alvin Ailey Dance Theater or a picnic at the Clinton Community Garden!

Transportation: C and E trains run at 50th Street/Eighth Avenue Station, two avenue blocks from the building, I, N, R, W, B, D, F and V trains are two avenue blocks away.
