Fried Cheese Hors d'oeuvre

Serves: 2Ingredients:
- 2 Beaten Eggs
- 2 cups bread crumbs mixed with 1 tsp. parsley, 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
- 6 wedges Gruyere Cheese
- 1 1/2 pints Cooking Oil
Steps:
- Dip cheese in eggs, then in seasoned bread crumbs.
- In small sauce pan, heat oil until hot, 375 degrees. Place cheese wedges on skimmer and immerse in hot oil. Watch closely as it only takes a few seconds to brown & the cheese to be slightly soft.
- Drain on paper towel - Serves Two
