General Information

We're a small boutique resort of three 2 bedroom/1 bath cottages, and a larger 5 bedroom/3 bath home. We can accommodate up to 28 people, and our half acre property includes a swimming pool just for our guests.

Staying with us is like stepping back in time -- three of our cottages are original Hawaiian plantation homes from the 1940s and fifties, yet we're located right in the center of the Poipu Beach Resort area. All of our units have full kitchens (including dishwashers and full sized refrigerators), washer/dryers, and even wireless broadband internet service.

• Minimum stay required (Two night minimum stay)

• Deposit amount required (50% of total amount due (including all taxes, the cleaning fee and refundable security deposit))
• Check in time is 3:00 p.m. and Check out time is 10:00 a.m.
• Cancellations:
  If you cancel your reservation sixty days or more prior to your arrival, we will refund your entire deposit minus a $50 per unit rented handling charge. If you cancel less than sixty days prior to your arrival, we can only refund what we are able to re-book. If you have rented the entire complex, then cancellations must be received 90 days prior to your arrival in order to be refunded (minus a $200 handling charge). We also require payment of a cleaning fee. For the cottages the fee is $156.25, for the main house it is $338.54 (inc. tax). A $100 refundable security deposit is collected up front and returned after your departure.
