The Jungle Cottage
The 900 sf Jungle Cottage is one of two original renovated Hawaiian plantation cottages from the 1940s. With 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom, it includes a full kitchen with dishwasher, every small appliance we could think of, private washer dryer, WiFi service, high quality linens and bedding.

The Orchid Cottage
Thel 900 sf Orchid Cottage is also a renovated authentic plantation cottage from the 1940s. It includes a full kitchen with dishwasher, washer/dryer, high quality bedding and towels and WiFi service. One bedroom has a queen bed. The second bedroom has two twin beds which upon request can be made up as a king bed.

The Beach Rose Cottage
The Beach Rose is the largest of our cottages, at 1200 sq feet. It features a large great room that's perfect for entertaining. The full kitchen includes dishwasher, full sized refrigerator, myriad small appliances. We offer high quality linens and bedding, WiFi service, private telephones, and cable TV.

The Manager's House
The 2400 sf Manager's House is one of the earliest houses built on Kauai's south shore, in 1954. It has 5 bedrooms -- three feature queen beds, and the other two each have a pair of twin beds. As with all our twin bedrooms, the twins can be made up as a king with a "bed doubler" so there's no dip in the middle. The Manager's House has a large great room, spacious kitchen with bar seating, small table and chairs, as well as the dining room table and chairs. We offer high quality linens and bedding, and complimentary WiFi for our guests.
  • The rate for this Cottage is $625 during the high season and $600 during the low season.
  • This Cottage has a private bath with a bathtub and shower.
  • This Cottage contains 4 twin beds, 3 queen beds, 2 king beds.
