Please note: cancellation policy does not apply to special events, holiday periods, weekly or monthly promotional/discounted rates when advance payment is non-refundable. Please contact us for specific information prior to booking. In the unlikely event that you must cancel with less than 14 (fourteen) days notice, shorten your stay or check out early, no refunds will be made. If we can rebook your night(s), a full or partial refund may be made. A 30 day cancellation notice is required for some holidays and special events.
