Not your average guest home. Monument Maison is a newly renovated 4,000 square foot petit mansion located in the middle of the historic Bloomingdale & Eckington neighborhoods in the heart of Washington, DC. Four rooms of this four level brownstone have been reserved for guest stays. The high elevation of the mansion allows for views of the Washington Monument from some of its front-facing rooms.

    Cancellations are subject to a forfeit of all monies paid to date (Damage/Reservation Deposit will be refunded). Cancellations made 15 or more days in advance will receive refund on nights re-booked only, less 10%. Cancellations made 1-14 days in advance will receive refund on re-booked nights less 30%. Check-in day cancellations & early departures do not warrant any refund of rent.
