    A pavlova is a very difficult dish to make & since last year I have been able to make it
    to perfection, not bad since I am now 55 years old!!!
    The dish is made with eggwhites & must be hard ouside & soft inside, then you can cover
    it with whipped cream, passion fruits & a raspberry sauce. Mouthwatering!
