Welcome to the 1830 Quince Tree House, a Georgian Colonial B&B in historic Sandwich. Our Two-Room suites offer a spacious elegance not normally seen in a small Cape Cod B&B, offering central air-conditioning, queen size beds, a working fireplace in each bedroom and a three course breakfast served in our dining room or mahogany deck overlooking the gardens. The Inn is centrally located in Sandwich Village, within walking distance of many of the town's restaurants, historic attractions, unique shops & art galleries.

Exit here and at the end of the ramp, turn left onto Water Street (Route 130) heading north towards Sandwich village. After approximately one mile, you will pass a school on your right. Approximately 100 yards past the school, you'll see the sign for the Hoxie House on the left and School Street on the right. Turn right onto School Street. We are located at the end of the block, on the right, at the corner of School and Main Streets. Our driveway is the last right on School Street before Main Street. You can park in the drive at the rear of the house or on School Street.
