Artichoke Dip
Total preparation time: 15 minutes
Serves: 10Ingredients:
- 1 cup mayonaise
- 1/2 lb parmesan cheese
- 1 cup artichoke hearts (frozen or canned)
- 4 tablespoons dry sherry
- 1/2 lb cream cheese
- 1/4 cup fresh chives
- salt and pepper to taste
Steps:
- Bake in a 9x13 glass pan at 375 degrees until top is bubbly. Serve with French baguettes.
