Artichoke Dip: Appetizer-Snack

Prep time:15 minutes

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup mayonaise

  • 1/2 lb parmesan cheese

  • 1 cup artichoke hearts (frozen or canned)

  • 4 tablespoons dry sherry

  • 1/2 lb cream cheese

  • 1/4 cup fresh chives

  • salt and pepper to taste

Step 1:

Bake in a 9x13 glass pan at 375 degrees until top is bubbly. Serve with French baguettes.
