My tea room guests at Annabelle's Tea Room have enjoyed my quiche for over 10 years. Now the guests staying at Okoboji Country Inn can also. I vary my quiche depending on what my guests want, from Quiche Lorraine which is a bacon and cheese quiche to the Southwest Quiche which has tomatoes, carrots, red and green peppers in it. Innkeeper Donna opened her gift shop in 1978, on the family farm in the old wash house. A few years later she relocated to the Iowa Great Lakes area and in 1997 her daughter Ann joined the business. The 1908 Milford Hospital was moved in and after a huge renovation the store is now three floors of gifts with a charming tea room. The Okoboji Country Inn was the latest addition to the village and opened for business in 2008. The innkeepers have a passion for restoring old houses. - The innkeepers speak: English
