General Information

The Beach House at Chatham is located in Chatham Village, only steps away from all the attractions Chatham has to offer; Monomoy Summer Theater, Veterans Field Cape Cod Baseball League and of course Downtown Chatham. Each of our rooms is casually decorated and offers full private baths and queen size beds. Our premier room has its own private entrance and deck. Amenities include TV/DVD, WiFi, complimentary beverages and snacks and a wonderful breakfast to start your day.

• Deposit amount required (At time of reservation we require a deposit of 50% for three nights or more, with the balance due at check-in. For a stay of two nights or less we require the total amount at time of reservation.)

• Check in time is 2:00 and Check out time is 11:00
• Cancellations:
  There is a $100 per night cancellation fee if you cancel within 24 hours of your check-in day. If cancellation is within two weeks of your check-in date the fee is $50 per night with a maximum of $200.

  Cross the Cape Cod Canal via the Bourne or Sagamore Bridge and take Route 6 to exit 11. At the end of the ramp turn Left on to Route 137 south and continue to the end where you will intersect Route 28. Turn left on to Route 28 east and head towards Chatham. After traveling three miles you will come to a traffic light. Continue through the light and as you start up the hill you will see The Beach House on your left.

  From Boston travel south to Rt. 3. Take Rt. 3 and cross over the Sagamore Bridge. Take Route 6 to exit 11. At the end of the ramp turn Left on to Route 137 south and continue to the end where you will intersect Route 28. Turn left on to Route 28 east and head towards Chatham. After traveling three miles you will come to a traffic light. Continue through the light and as you start up the hill you will see The Beach House on your left.
