Grilled Chicken Ceasar Salad

- bonless Bonless Breast of Chicken
- 1/2 Bottle Kens Lite Ceasar Salad Dressing
- 1/4 Teaspoon of Dry Mustard
- 1/8 of a teaspoon Worcestershire Sauce
- 2 Raw Eggs
- 1/3 of Cup of Salad or Vegetable Oil
- 1 Clove of Garlic
- 2 Tablespoons of Lemon Juice
- 6 Flat Anchovie Filets
- 1 Large Head of Romaine Lettuce
- Parmesean and Romano Cheese to taste
Steps:
- Marinate the chicken tenders in the Kens Lite Ceasar and grill or broil, set aside
- mix the remainder of the ingredients in a blender and refridge for about 20 minutes.
- Toss Dressing, Cheese, Chicken and Lettuce together and enjoy!
