Fruitful Shake

- 1 cup low fat milk
- 1 cup low fat cottage cheese or plain yogurt
- 1 cup sliced berries or peaches
- 3 1/2 tablespoons honey
- 4 ice cubes
Steps:
- Place all ingredients in a blender.
- Process until the mixture is smooth.
- Pour mixture into two tall glasses.
- Include long-handled spoons when serving this shake to your guests.
