  • Cancellations:
    Rooms must be cancelled within 10 days the arrival date. If cancelled in this manner, a $25.00 handling fee will be charged and the remainder of the deposit will be refunded. If canceling within one day of arrival, the full amount for the room plus tax for the first night of the reservation will be retained by the bed and breakfast. Rooms booked for special event weekends such as the Bloomsburg Fair, University parents' weekend, homecoming, and graduation as well as Monster Truck Weekend, the Renaissance Fair, and holidays must be pre-paid in full. The payment will be refunded based on our ability to rebook the room or rooms for the same dates. Some weekends require a two-night minimum stay.
