BUFFALO CHICKEN DIP: Appetizer-Snack

Ingredients:

  • 1 can Chicken Breast

  • 1 cup Blue Cheese or Ranch Dressing

  • 1/4 cup Franks's Buffalo Wing Sauce

  • 8 oz Cream Cheese-Softened

  • 4 oz Shredded Cheddar Cheese

Step 1:

Place chicken in medium mixing bowl. Microwave for 1 minute.

Step 2:

Mix in dressing, cream cheese and buffalo sauce. Use Tabasco sauce to fire it up to your desire.

Step 3:

Spread into 2 medium baking dishes. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.

Step 4:

Serve warm with tortilla chips, bagel chips or celery sticks.

Step 5:

For Appetizers: Use non-flaky crescent rolls. Seal any perforations. Cut dough into 4 in squares. Mix all of dip ingredients together. Put sm spoonful of dip in each square of roll. Fold corners together diagonally. Place on cookie sheet. Brush with egg white and sprinkle with sesame seeds. Bake at 375 degrees till golden brown, about 10 min.
