• Deposit amount required (100% payment required if booked less than one month in advance. Deposit in the amount of 1 night stay to hold any reservation for 24 hours.)

• Cancellations:
  $50 cancellation fee for any reservation. Cancellations with less than one week notice are only refunded if reservation is re-booked. Special events such as Boston Marathon requires one month or more notice for refunds unless re-booked. No refunds with less than 48 hours notice.
