A self contained 1 bedroom apartment approximately 500 square feet in an officially designated landmark townhouse(demeure historique,architect, Henri Foucheaux, 1896-7).
Your windows offer a beautiful view of historic Morris Jumel Mansion (1765),***the original Belgian block street and surrounding parkland.Coogan’s Bluff, the East River,Empire State Building Yankee Stadium are visible from late autumn through late spring.Access to the sculpture garden is included.
