This exquisitely constructed new home with many amenities is powered, heated, cooled, and supplied with hot water by using energy in various forms supplied by nature. The rural and picturesque areas surrounding the home are ideal for those who like to walk, run, bike or limit their driving. The home’s low-stress location allows easy access to all other Hamptons’ points of interest, shopping, world-class ocean beaches, four-star restaurants along with the North Fork’s vineyards, farms, history and marine attractions.
