Eagle's View Bacon Potato Swiss Quiche

Serves: 4Ingredients:
- 6 oz Bar S Hickory Smoke Flavor Bacon
- 3 Medium size eggs
- 1/4 teaspoon Nutmeg
- 1/8 teaspoon Pepper
- 2 cups Shreaded Swiss Cheese
- 2/3 cup Diced Onion
- 1/2 cup Diced Idaho Potato
- 1 cups Half & Half
- 1/8 cup broccoli tips for color
- 1 Pillsberry Pie Crust
Steps:
- Cook 1/2 package of Bar S Hickory Smoke Flavor Bacon which is about 6 OZ of bacon. Beat the 3 eggs then mix in the rest of the ingredients in a bowl.
- Make the pie dish ready with the pie crust and pour the ingredients into the pie dish. Cut a thin tomato slice for the center for presentation and bake in a preheated oven at 360 for 1 hour or until lightly golden brown.
- Let cool for 5 minutes before slicing and serving.
