General InformationRenovated in 2007, we are located above Burien's Seahurst City Beach Park on the Puget Sound. We have a spectacular view from our 300 foot vantage point with secluded areas to sit and read or enjoy nature at its best. We are offering one room with a queen bed so you will be our only pamperd guests. We are just a few miles from downtown Seattle and few minutes from the Seatac Airport. We are in a quiet cul-de-sac a mile from any busy streets. View the Olympic Mountains, sailboats, passing ships, wildlife, and weather changes as you relax to the lapping waves and the smell of our cedar trees.

- Consumption of alcohol is permitted (Bring your own - no heavy drinking please.)
- Deposit amount required (25 dollar charge secured with a credit card.)
- Check in time is 3:00 PM and Check out time is 11:00 AM
- Cancellations:
25 dollar deposit is non refundable if you cancel or change dates after your confirmation. If you cancel within 7 days prior to your stay, or are a no show, your credit card will be charged the full amount (Balance owed) unless another guest can be secured. No refunds on early departures.
