Apricot Bars

Steps:

1. CRUST 1 cup flour 1/2 cup sugar FILLING 1/3 cup sifted flour 1/4 teaspoon salt 2 eggs 1/2 cup coconut 1 cup apricot preserves 1/2 teaspoon baking powder 1 cup brown sugar 1 teaspoon vanilla 1 cup chopped nutmeats
2. Blend crust ingredients with a pie blender until pea-like and press into aa 13 by nine inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. To make filling; mix together all the ingredients and pour over baked crust. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Cool and set into bars. Freeze well.
