The Mosheim Mansion is a magnificent Victorian jewel nestled in Seguin's downtown historic district. Although it was the city's first home to have electricity and indoor plumbing, it now boasts suites with private baths, whirlpools and fireplaces. It is topped with guyere or raclette cheese and baked until golden. It is accompanied by rosemary potatoes, fresh fruit and delicious hearty breads.
