Sitting on The Farm's large, wraparound porch overlooking Bucks County farmland, Oscar Hammerstein II was inspired to write such unforgettable tunes as "Oh, What a Beautiful Mornin'" and "My Favorite Things".

Relax on the wrap-around porch where Oscar Hammerstein II wrote lyrics for the great American musical, Oklahoma. Stroll through the library where Mr. Hammerstein worked at his standing desk or play chess in the grand living room where he entertained artists such as James Michener, Richard Rogers, George Kaufman, Moss Hart, and Stephen Sondheim.

  • Deposit amount required (When making your reservation, we will ask for a 50% deposit that will be charged to your credit card 10 days prior to your arrival. The balance of your bill is due when you arrive at the inn.)
  • Check in time is 2:00 p.m. and Check out time is 11:00 a.m.
  • Cancellations:
    You may cancel your reservation if you notify us at least 10 days in advance. For cancellations made with less than 10 days notice, your deposit of 50% is forfeited. If you cancel with less than 48 hours notice, the full amount of your reservation will be charged. In the event of premature departure, the full amount of your reservation will be charged.
