General InformationAll Seasons Properties has four lodging accommodations situated on the same block of Historic Spring Street— just a short walk to downtown for shopping, dining, nightlife & events. We are located on the trolley route, & offer off-street parking. Each of our property caters to a different need, allowing us to be your perfect lodging choice in Eureka Springs. The rooms are all uniquely furnished with antiques, treasures, comfortable beds as well as modern amenities like jacuzzi tubs, cable TV/DVD players, coffee fixings, microwaves & fridges. Our village properties access wonderful outdoor porches, gardens and gazebos for relaxing and enjoying the ongoing parade of people and wildlife that visit and make Eureka Springs home.

Policies- Minimum stay required (2 Night stay required on Weekends, Holidays and Special Events)

- Limitations on children staying (many stairs, different levels, outside porches)
- No childcare is provided
- Consumption of alcohol is permitted
- Deposit amount required (A deposit in the amount of the first night's rate, $25 of which is a non-refundable processing fee is required to reserve your room.)
- Check in time is 2pm and Check out time is 11 am
- Cancellations:
Reservations canceled more than 14 days prior to arrival will receive a full refund of the deposit less the $25 processing fee. If you cancel your reservation less than 14 days of arrival you will be charged the full amount of your reservation, unless we are able to fill your room. We will allow you to use the amount charged as credit for a future stay if desired. If you do not show for your reservation, you will be charged for the full amount of your reservation, with no credit towards a future stay.
NO REFUND FOR EARLY DEPARTURES - If you leave before your date scheduled for departure or if you do not show for your reservation, you will be charged for the full amount of your reservation. Discounts available:
