Cheese Bread

Ingredients:

• French or Italian bread
• Soft butter
• 4 oz package shredded natural cheddar cheese

Steps:

1. Cut a loaf of French or Italian bread almost, but not quite through, in thick slices. Spread soft butter between the slices and spinkle with a 4-oz package shredded natural cheddar cheese. Wrap in foil and bake in a preheated 400 F. oven for 10 minutes. Open and fold back foil and bake for 5 to 10 minutes longer, or until bread is crisp and browned.
