Cheddar Beer Dip

Ingredients:

• 8 oz soft cream cheese
• 2 4-oz packages shredded natural cheddar cheese
• 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
• 12 small gherkins, chopped
• 1 teaspoon poppy seeds
• Beer

Steps:

1. Blend cream cheese with enough beer to make a smooth sauce. Stir in remaining ingredients. Makes 2-1/2 cups dip.
