Cheddar Beer Dip: Appetizer-Snack

Ingredients:

8 oz soft cream cheese
2 4-oz packages shredded natural cheddar cheese
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
12 small gherkins, chopped
1 teaspoon poppy seeds
Beer

Step 1:

Blend cream cheese with enough beer to make a smooth sauce. Stir in remaining ingredients. Makes 2-1/2 cups dip.
