Baked Ham Yams

Ingredients:

• 1 1-pound 10 ounce can yams, drained
• 3 tablespoons defrosted orange concentrate
• 1/4 cup brown sugar, firmly packed
• 1/4 cup chopped pecans
• 1/4 teaspoon ginger
• 1/8 teaspoon nutmeg
• 2 6-ounce packages spiced ham

Steps:

1. Arrange half the ham slices in the bottom of a greased 1-1/2 quart baking dish. Top with yams and remaining ham slice. Combine remaining ingredients and pour over ham and yams. Bake in a preheated 350 degree F. oven for 20 minutes.
